Ski School is run by the company Move it! Przemysław Czerwiński
1. The school has a valid SITN/PZN license and employs instructors with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct skiing and snowboarding training.
2. Minors can participate in classes only with the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians. If a minor is under the care of a guardian, teacher, or family member, it is assumed that they have the parent's or legal guardian's consent.
3. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to pick up the child on time after the classes.
4. Every student should have complete skiing equipment, a helmet, and a lift pass before the lesson. Every student under 16 years of age is required to wear a helmet.
5. The school does not provide students with skiing or snowboarding equipment and is not responsible for the quality of the equipment owned by the student, nor for its possible loss or damage.
6. The school does not provide lift passes for students.
7. Cancellation of paid reservations:
- individual lessons:
a) up to 3 days before the lesson - 100% refund
b) 1-2 days before the lesson - 50% refund
c) on the day of the lesson - no refund
- group courses:
a) up to 30 days before the start of the course - 100% refund of the deposit
b) less than 30 days before the start of the course - no refund of the deposit. The deposit can be transferred to another date, subject to availability in the courses.
8. The student or their guardian is obliged to provide the school staff or instructor with accurate information regarding the student's skills and any health issues that may affect the conduct of the classes. This information is essential for ensuring safe training and a high level of classes.
9. It is recommended to purchase individual accident insurance for participants in the training.
10. In case of particularly concerning symptoms during classes (deterioration of health, nausea, any pain), they should be reported to the instructor.
11. The instructor may refuse to conduct the lesson if the student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without the right to a refund for the lesson.
12. The instructor may refuse to conduct the lesson if the student persistently does not follow the given instructions and poses a danger to themselves or others present on the slope.
13. Any incident resulting in injury to the student during the lesson must be reported immediately to the school office.
14. The student's data registered during enrollment in the training will be placed in the school database and will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
